All treatments are by appointment. The best advice is to call or email us so we can book you in advance. 24 hour cancellation, held with a credit card.
Your business is valued and we appreciate your cooperation. I make a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refuse all other requests once you have made the appointment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments, including gift certificate sessions. You will be charged up to the full amount of the session booked if notice is not given 24 hours in advance, or forfeit a gift certificate. Missed or no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked, or forfeit a gift certificate.
Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes after the scheduled start time; after that it is assumed you are a “no-show” and the remainder of the time is released. Late arrivals, up to 15 minutes, will receive the balance of the time remaining and will be charged for the full appointment. In other words, arriving late will result in some time taken away from your scheduled session.
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. There will be a $30 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds.
